Billing Terms

These Billing Terms apply to all products and services provided by Avelve Inc ("Avelve," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing any of our products or services, you agree to these Billing Terms.

Payment

Payment for our products and services must be made in full at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Avelve. We accept payment by credit card or PayPal.

Subscription Billing

For products or services offered on a subscription basis, you will be billed in advance on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually) unless you cancel your subscription. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Price Changes

Avelve reserves the right to change the price of its products or services at any time without prior notice. However, if you have an existing subscription, we will notify you at least 30 days before any price increase takes effect.

Taxes

You are responsible for any applicable taxes or duties imposed on your purchase of our products or services.

Late Payments

In the event that you fail to make a payment on time, Avelve may suspend or terminate your access to our products or services. We may also charge a late payment fee of up to 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.

Refunds

Changes to Billing Terms

Avelve reserves the right to modify these Billing Terms at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use our products and services after such modifications, you agree to the modified Billing Terms.
